Our client is a specialist litigation and commercial law firm that uses legal expertise and digital tools to proactively educate, manage, advise and deliver business solutions to reduce legal risk.
The business had grown rapidly and required a best-in-class Sales & Service solution to get a 360 degree view of their clients.
Additional functionality not normally associated with traditional CRM was required, which included the management of legal matters and the associated compliance processes.
Following on from a series of discovery workshops, ThirdEye ran a Proof of Concept against Litify, that rradar were also evaluating as a potential tool, to showcase bespoke functionality.
Once selected, we conducted a phased approach starting with the implementation of Pardot for marketing, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud The next phase focused on the bespoke areas of the platform with custom functionality tailored to rradar’s legal business.
During phase 1 and 2, we built lightweight temporary integrations to ensure that the system worked in production.
Following phase 2, we introduced MuleSoft to become rradar's enterprise integration platform.
The in-built Time Tracking component we integrated now ensures rradar benefit from consistent client billing which has reduced lost revenue by 18%.
We created a Task Handover Framework to reduce errors when cases are transferred from Business Development to lawyers.
Our Key Date Framework smoothly tracks case related dates from a single pane of glass with customisable reminders.
Our Questionnaire Framework ensures required data is collected and stored within the system and is easily accessible.
