Following exclusive partner training, we've compiled our new insight highlights that our team gathered from the three-day deep dive.

Earlier in April, ThirdEye had the opportunity to attend exclusive Life Sciences Cloud partner training hosted by Salesforce. It was a three-day deep dive into the LSC vertical that gave us some extremely valuable insights into where the platform is heading.

Highlights of what we covered

Territory Management that goes well beyond standard Salesforce capabilities, with alignment rules and territory-specific data living directly on the account. Territory management can get incredibly complex and messy, especially across international configurations, but the new updates make it significantly simpler to manage.

Product & Sample Management designed for the full complexity of a pharma catalogue, including real-time sample validation to keep field reps compliant during visits. Compliance is paramount in this industry, and having that built directly into the platform is a real win for firms needing to stay on top of it, both from a cost and a regulatory perspective.

Agentforce for LSC, a purpose-built AI agent with ready-to-use templates for Field Sales Reps, MSLs and KAMs, including pre-call planning and smart HCP summaries drawn from across the platform.

What’s great here is that it’s designed around the key use cases out-of-the-box, with no extensive configuration needed to get value from it.

And an offline-capable LSC App with its own sync engine, ensuring reps can continue working in the field regardless of connectivity. This one is very unique, as it targets functionality that no other Salesforce industry cloud offers!

Regulated Content Management, arriving this year will provide AI-assisted MLR reviews, version control and compliant audit trails natively within the CRM. For life sciences companies already on Salesforce, this will eliminate the need for a separate PromoMats instance, reducing vendor complexity and accelerating compliant content delivery to HCPs.

It was a great reminder of how purpose-built Life Sciences Cloud really is. This is far more than just standard Salesforce adapted for pharma companies, and we’re excited to bring these insights back to our clients!
