Kelley Walton Director & Co-Founder

Kelley Walton is a business and technology consultant with extensive experience in both project delivery and change management. She possesses a deep understanding of business processes and an unwavering commitment to delivering and embedding transformational technical solutions into her clients’ businesses. She has been in the Salesforce ecosystem for over ten years.

At ThirdEye, Kelley runs all operations and delivery organisation, as well as overseeing all client relationships. Kelley’s varied experience doing everything from training users and managing projects to overseeing teams and being a sales leader has shaped her into the business leader she is today. Kelley is driven to build a consultancy that fosters the best talent and continually strives to deliver the very best solutions for our clients.

Jeff Steinke Director & Co-Founder

Jeff is a highly experienced business consultant with an exceptional technical background. He delivers high-impact results for his clients through process re-engineering supported by innovative technological solutions. His aim, as co-founder of ThirdEye Consulting, is to bring top-tier consulting to mid-tier organisations in the EMEA market. He’s a hands-on business leader that gets involved in every aspect of a project - from initial scoping, vision and strategic development, through to system design and configuration, as well as custom development, data transformation, systems integration and customer training.

He is also one of only 200 individuals globally to have attained Salesforce’s top award as a Certified Technical Architect. The certificate is awarded to individuals with the highest level of skills and experience in assessing customer requirements and architecture to design secure, high-performing technical solutions, using Salesforce’s platforms and applications.

Adam Maguire Wilson Head of Data & Integration

Adam is ThirdEye’s lead and expert in everything MuleSoft, Salesforce’s market-leading integration platform. He specialises in API-led connectivity and DevOps, particularly designing, developing, and deploying secure RESTful APIs using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform.

Adam pioneered the way with Mule 4, becoming an early adopter and beta user (regularly feeding back to MuleSoft) and delivered one of the earliest projects to go live on the upgraded platform. He had almost a year of hands on experience with Mule 4 before release, and now provides clients with his expertise regarding Mule 3 to Mule 4 migration.He has provided pre-sales support and delivery implementation QA to a wide range of MuleSoft customers, and spent over a year as the Global Lead Platform Architect within a customer’s Centre for Enablement (C4E).

Adam was previously the youngest MuleSoft instructor globally and is one of a handful of external MuleSoft experts certified to teach the material. He brings with him a truly global perspective having spent time studying at Zhejiang University, China and is an International Alumni of the US Department of State (2019) and the Kosovo Centre for Diplomacy (2017).

Gherardo Puviani Senior Solution Architect

Gherardo was introduced to the Salesforce ecosystem in 2011 via Bluewolf’s graduate training program, which provided him with hands-on experience of the platform. He swiftly moved up through the organisation, from junior consultant to consultant, then on to becoming a solution architect in 2016. Utilised as a support resource on early-stage projects, he was quickly given more and varied responsibility and was soon leading his own projects while developing his client management skills. Through a wide range of projects spanning a diverse range of industries, he gained expertise in designing applications, and how to coordinate with development teams to create effective solutions.

Since joining ThirdEye, he has put his skills to the test in designing low code end-to-end business solutions in the accounting, professional services and higher education sectors, heavily utilising Salesforce Flow.

Priscila Renwick Solution Architect

Priscila started her professional life as a lawyer but quickly realised it wasn't for her. She then joined a startup in its very early days and became their "accidental admin". The company grew exponentially to become a market leader while she developed her technical and Salesforce skills. After seven years of owning their Force.com platform and its integrations, she was ready for a new challenge. Priscila made a move to ThirdEye to apply the knowledge she'd gained to help other Salesforce customers drive their digital transformation and ensure they achieved the highest returns on their investment.

Her strengths lie in understanding often complex business needs and designing scalable solutions to meet them, particularly by leveraging the declarative features of Salesforce's Sales, Service and Community Clouds. She also enjoys empowering companies to make smarter decisions by using the Einstein Analytics Cloud.

Timothy Gentet-O’Brien Technical Architect

Tim has been worked across the Salesforce ecosystem since 2013, acquiring a comprehensive set of skills as an administrator, developer and cloud consultant, and is currently ThirdEye’s resident Lightning expert. He was an early adopter of the framework and has been building Lightning components within projects since its release in October 2017. He recently headed up a build which integrated Lightning Web Components into a Salesforce Community Cloud Project, which required the latest technology and Salesforce best-practices to complete the build.

Tim is a stickler for best practices and delivering high-quality solutions in everything he and the team produce; he also enjoys developing reusable assets and components that support all aspects of object-oriented development within the Salesforce platform.

Madhu Santhanam Principal Integration Architect

Madhu started his career as a server-side java developer. Madhu has worked in startups and mature large organizations across hi-tech, retail, telecom, education, logistics and banking. Madhu specializes in designing enterprise architecture, solution architecture, enterprise application and B2B integration and large scale merger and acquisition systems integration. Madhu enjoys an agile working style, he's nimble to embrace business dynamics and yet focuses on standards, governance, best practices and drive repeatable processes and take organizations to maturity.

Over the last decade Madhu has worked on high profile M&A integrations with a total transaction value of over $21B. He has worked in IBM Middleware, Oracle applications, Customer Data Hub, TIBCO, B2B standards, MuleSoft, Azure, Data Analytics and DevOps. While he enjoys the instant gratification that comes with solving problems, Madhu has keen interests to create tools and platforms that lead to new opportunities, expand stakeholder value, empower customers and employers for sustained development and growth.

Ka Man Lok Integration Architect

Graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Physics, Ka Man found her career passion in the integration space. She enjoyed the logical process in transforming the business problems into executable technical solutions.

Ka Man has years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft and was part of multiple large-scale Salesforce integration projects. Her expertise includes integration solution design, API design (RAML 1.0), complex data transformation using DataWeave 2.0, API/application lifecycle management with Anypoint Platform (Runtime Manager, API Manager, Anypoint Monitoring etc.)

She is passionate about designing and architecting robust and forward-looking solutions that are able to grow alongside the business, adapting swiftly within the rapidly evolving technology landscape.

Harri Williams Delivery Lead

Harri is a technically minded project manager who has led successful Salesforce implementations as both a client-facing project manager and well as an in-house Salesforce project lead. He started his career as an Admin at a global events company where he was responsible for implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud to users in both the UK and US.

Harri moved onto a global recruitment business, Salt Digital, where he project managed a full lifecycle implementation of Salesforce, including third-party applications such as Jobscience, Serenum and a custom contractor portal solution, across Salt’s eight global offices. As a client-facing project manager, he has led several multi-cloud Salesforce projects on 3 to 5-year road maps, with a particular focus on agile delivery.

Ryan Abbott Project Manager

Ryan is a technically minded project manager who has led successful Salesforce implementations as a client-facing project manager. He started his Salesforce career as a Salesforce Consultant.

Yann Boquillan Project Manager

Yann has 10+ years of experience in Project management, mainly on high value (£10M+) projects in the Energy industry. Being certified both as a Prince2 practitioner and as a Scrum Master, he has a good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. As such, he is an expert in project planning on high-risk projects, inside large corporations where stakeholder’s management is key.

Lauren McNicoll Senior Consultant

Lauren is a Salesforce specialist who is involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle, including providing demonstrations of various Salesforce Clouds, running workshops, writing user-stories, building solutions, and providing training on Salesforce orgs. Lauren is an established specialist in Marketing Cloud with a particular focus on Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio. She has in-depth knowledge across all Marketing Cloud products alongside significant experience writing complex SQL statements, AMPScript, and content creation. She is confident when it comes to using business requirements to design and build complex data architecture models and strategic marketing journeys.

She is widely recognised within the Marketing Cloud Community as a regular at the Official Salesforce Marketing Meetups.

Joseph Mason Senior Consultant

Joseph is an established Salesforce consultant with experience across the whole Salesforce ecosystem.He started his career as a consultant and junior developer - primarily handling open tickets from managed services clients as well as debugging code. This gave him a strong foundation in programming but also the ability to translate functional requirements into workable solutions that help his client’s transform their business operations and processes.

As well as learning new skills, he thoroughly enjoys helping the team get up to speed with the latest technologies and best practice. He’s also responsible for teaching clients, who may have little or no prior knowledge, how to use applications such as flows which to automate business processes. These new skills enable clients to become more self-sufficient and become Salesforce gurus in their own right.

Tani Butler Consultant

Tani started her career at ThirdEye in 2018 and has quickly developed her knowledge of the Salesforce platform, enabling her to configure solutions that help clients transform their systems, operations, and processes. She has grown her ability to understand client requirements and translate them into workable user stories for the development team. She has worked on several projects that have included Service Cloud, supporting each stage of the project delivery lifecycle, from scope to initial design. On top of her increasing Service Cloud experience, she has also supported Sales Cloud implementations, working with the solution architect on configuration, process building, QA, as well as running training sessions and post-go-live support.

Kishan Fokeer Analyst

Kishan is a recent Computer Science graduate with commercial experience as a software developer where he gained fundamental experience in the developing high quality, high performance and reliable software applications.

Shahin Uddin Senior Consultant

Shahin is a solution consultant who has contributed to the delivery of several successful Salesforce implementations in both a client-facing and technical capacity.
He began his career as a Degree Apprentice at Accenture where he started as an Analyst and quickly specialised in Case Management with Salesforce Service Cloud. He continued picking up experience within innovative multi-cloud implementations as a Scrum Master, Workstream Lead and Techno-Functional Business Analyst.
He has a particular focus on IT architecture, Agile delivery, and streamlining the Agent & Customer experience.

Eduardo Pagliarulo Integration Architect

Eduardo worked on many system integration and data migration projects using different integration technologies, thus gaining a good grounding and well rounded experience.
He took on architectural and solution design roles, where he learnt to identify integration patterns and the technologies that can support them. Eduardo has strong technical and interpersonal skills, which coupled with a natural ability to translate “tech-speak” into lay terms allows him to bridge the gaps between the technology and the business teams on a project.

Since 2016 Eduardo focussed on Salesforce integration projects, specialising on Salesforce internal integration products as well as third party products with Salesforce connectivity. After Salesforce’s acquisition of MuleSoft in 2018, Eduardo started his journey to become a MuleSoft expert, with highlights that include experimenting with emerging specifications like GraphQL.

Olivia Horne Sales Director

Olivia has worked in the publishing and media industry over the last 20 years primarily on Business to Business media – across events, conferences, magazines and digital media. She has extensive experience working with senior decision makers within the marketing sector, engineering, construction and legal.

Throughout her career as a sales person she has ensured she has only worked on market leading products, as she believes strongly that as a sales person you must maintain your integrity and role as a trusted advisor to the client looking to invest. Olivia made the move to ThirdEye last year, recognising in ThirdEye a company with the very best technical team delivering innovative and transformative projects – a company that is truly the best in what they do.
