ThirdEye wasn’t founded by sales people or recruiters - it was started by passionate consultants that saw flaws in both ends of the consulting spectrum. We know what big firms do well and where boutiques win. So we built something that combines both: the expertise of a large consultancy with the personal engagement of a boutique. We've never cared about being the biggest. Only the best.
We're proud to attract experienced people and keep them. Every project runs with at least 80% proven team members, and our average tenure speaks for itself. Monthly Edge Days keep the team sharp, learning and pushing forward.
Great programmes take more than great people. We've spent years building the methodology and tools to match, and we keep refining both. Through kaizen, every project feeds back into how we work, so we're always getting sharper.
Success means measurable impact and clients who keep coming back. Some are on phase seven. That kind of return is the only measure that matters to us, and it comes from partnering with organisations that have a real vision and the people to back it up.

ThirdEye takes its name from a simple ethos passed down to Jeff by his grandfather. Look for three things in a person: integrity, intelligence and intestinal fortitude. Without the first, the other two don't matter. They became our founding principles, and the inspiration for our name.
Too much consulting happens in a black box. We don't work that way. You'll always know where things stand, even when the news is hard. We'd rather have a difficult conversation than let problems go unspoken.
We know Salesforce deeply. Not just the technology, but the business processes it needs to support. After years in the ecosystem, we know what works in practice, and we bring that to every project.
We're not afraid to push back. We've seen what works and what doesn't, and we'll say so clearly when we think a direction is wrong. Our job isn't to agree with everything. It's to make sure you end up with the right solution.
Our people are our edge. A team with the expertise to navigate complexity, the strategic clarity to stay anchored to outcomes, and the kind of people you'll genuinely enjoy working with.
